At Pet Global Shop, we ensure every order is shipped with care and attention. We work with reliable carriers like PostNL and DPD, so your order arrives safely, wherever you live in Europe. Below, you'll find our shipping information for each country.

🇳🇱 Netherlands (NL)
For shipping within the Netherlands, we use PostNL. Orders over €75.00 are shipped free of charge. For orders under this amount, you pay €8.50 for shipping up to 21.5 kg. Heavier packages from 21.5 to 30 kg are shipped for €12.25. Orders from 30 to 100 kg are shipped per pallet for €58.00.

🇧🇪 Belgium (BE)
We use PostNL for shipping to Belgium. Orders over €75.00 are shipped free of charge. Orders under this amount pay €8.60 for standard shipping up to 21.5 kg. Heavier packages over 21.5 kg are shipped for €11.20. Larger orders can be shipped per pallet for €70.00 per pallet.

🇩🇪 Germany (DE)
For shipping to Germany, we use DPD. Orders over €75.00 are shipped free of charge. For orders under this amount, you pay €11.00 for shipping up to 21.5 kg. Heavier packages from 21.5 to 30 kg are shipped for €19.95. Pallet shipping is available for €179.00 per pallet.

For countries where we ship with a maximum weight of 21.5 kg per order, it's possible to split an order into two separate ones. This can be useful if the total weight of your order exceeds 21.5 kg.

Please note: This option only applies if the product or order can be split into multiple packages. If a single product weighs more than 21.5 kg, shipping to these countries is unfortunately not possible.
