PetGlobalShop offers a simple and customer-friendly returns policy. In most cases, you can return your order free of charge. Exceptions may apply if a product was shipped by a third-party partner; this is always stated on the product page. If you decide to return the entire order, the outbound shipping costs will also be refunded.

You can return your purchase in two ways. You can return the item by mail using the completed return form included with your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item by mail. Until PetGlobalShop receives the package, the risk remains with you. Therefore, for more expensive items, we recommend keeping proof of postage or insuring the package. Returns by mail must be sent to the business's address in Rotterdam.

You can also return the product to one of PetGlobalShop's physical stores within fourteen days of receipt. Please bring the packing slip or invoice, and your refund will be processed immediately at the checkout. Items sold exclusively online cannot be returned in-store and must always be returned by mail. Certain payment methods, such as post-payment via Riverty, cannot be processed in-store.

As with all online purchases, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Within this period, you can inspect and try out the product as you would in a physical store. However, products whose seal has been broken and which are not resalable for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. Once you have indicated that you wish to return a product, it must be returned to PetGlobalShop within fourteen days.

Once your return is received and approved, you'll be refunded the full purchase price using the same payment method you used to place your order, unless otherwise agreed. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless specific agreements exist with our partner suppliers.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact PetGlobalShop customer service immediately. They will assess the issue as quickly as possible and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen days. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee.
